(A Write Up) Say No To Xenophobia
My heart bleeds Uncontrollably
When I saw innocent lives being wasted
As the blood of my people purge hotly
How much of my tears will revive them?
South Africa, Why?
Have you suddenly lost the fear of God?
Don’t you remember we are one flesh?
We belong to one race-“Humanity”
This one you have done is beyond bad
My heart weeps so bad
As bitter tears flowed down unceasingly
When I saw the number of dreams that were aborted
Giant of Africa we are,
We are Nigerians
We belong to the Humanity race
Now that you have killed our countrymen
Who will steer the wheels of our country tomorrow?
Who will take our dear nation,
To the Promised land we’ve always dreamt of?
Who will be there in future?
To tell the tales of all we’ve been through,
To our generations yet to come?
And you think Posterity won’t judge?
Nature will surely take its course.
If we decide to revenge,
Think of how many damages that will be done
Yet it won’t undo the ones you’ve done
Two wrongs doesn’t make a right
So,we leave you to God
But South Africans,
Listen and listen good
If you refuse to desist
Then,be prepared for the trouble that looms
For the God of the Universe,
Is never an hypocrite,
The way “He”will destroy you
Will be worst than that of the Egyptians
In the holy bible
Stop the Xenophobic Attacks
Stop maiming our people
Whatever goes around will surely come around
For their bloods are on you
As their soul weeps for Vengeance
I mourn my country people
May the soul of the deceased rest well
May they find the best peace over there
Stop Xenophobic Attacks
To be fore-warned is to be fore-armed
Let love lead
Let Peace reign
Stop the Violence
Before you incur God’s wrath
